- Free repair.

- Replace the same product.

- Refunds correct value of purchase.

Warranty scope:

- The damaged product is caused by a technical error in the production or installation process.

- Only warranty products at the correct position, American Doors are installed and delivered.

- The product is still in the warranty period.

Exclusion Terms.

- Customers self-repair products.

- Products scratched, damaged by the customer during use.

- Natural difference in color or wood grain on the door.

- The product is soaked and dried against weevils from within the product itself.

- All impacts due to external environment such as wetness, termites, mice, ... are covered by warranty.

- The product is deformed due to abnormal external environment (too humid, too dry, termite or impacted by electrical equipment, water, chemicals or solvents used by the customer.
